RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Items without an Invoice or Gift Receipt are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
Accessories, Handbags, Jewelry, and Outlet items are FINAL SALEFull-priced items may be returned for Store Credit Only. We do not offer Refunds to the Method of Payment!

You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping.  

Store credit never expires. Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. Do not include additional items not listed on the packing slip.

CONDITIONS: All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition or will be subject to denial.

Outlet items and any items listed below are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & TRACKING

Please allow 24-48 hrs for initial order processing (not including weekends or holidays).  Love Bug Apparel® uses United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail for all shipments.  Once your package has shipped we will send you an email with a confirmation of shipment, which will include your tracking number. To check on the whereabouts of your package, simply enter the tracking number on the USPS website at www.usps.com. Most shipments take 2-5 business days once they have left our facility. All orders placed close to holiday season are not guaranteed to arrive on time by USPS and ordering during this timeframe is at customers risk. Any orders returned back to us from an insufficient or wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment of the package. While we do all that we can to ensure your order will be delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?   

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card instantly after your return has been accepted by Love Bug Apparel.  Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order. 

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?   

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to care for our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!
